Hello, everyone!
Welcome to all new members and all my old pals!
I am in school, again, and have been obsessing on
my studies. I'm so sorry that I've missed all this wonderful stuff
happening on on the new board!
New names, new faces, new friends!
Ahhhhhhh, it feels like Spring! :smirk:
Jessica, I bow to you...
"I'm not worthy! I'm not worthy!"
Marie will be 17 in July. Hard to believe.
I cut 13 inches off her hair and gave her a perm!
(Her hair is still past her shoulder blades.)
She looks Adorable!
I directed "Hello, Dolly!" for my local
community theatre, last fall.
Standing ovations for all 3 weeks of performances.
Wonderful cast & crew! Good Times! Great Fun!
Now I am plugging away on campus.
Still working everyday.
My mom lives with me now.
(She has the on set of Alzheimer's.)
She's doing well. I try to keep her stimulated
with things she likes. She's gained some weight
living here. When she moved in, last April, she weighed
98 lbs. Now she's up to 115. So, that's really good.
I hope all of you & your families are doing well.
Happy Easter to all!
I hope the bunny brings you
something fuzzy & warm!
Love to all! -Christi ~.~

It is wonderful to hear from you Christ!! It blows my mind to think that Marie is 17!!! It just doesn't seem possible! (I'm getting old :D ). It was hard for me to believe Kaity is now 13 too!

Happy Easter (and spring) to you as well. I'm glad to hear you are doing so good...and back to school too! Good luck with that!

Stop in more often. We would love to hear more from you!

Christi,
Good to hear that Marie is doing well. I had long hair like hers and I keep it just below my shoulders now. It is so much easier to do things with.
My grandfather had Alzheimer's and I worked on an Alzheimer's unit in the nursing home. I requested it because I just love to take care of them. If you need any advise just ask and I will be glad to give you the little tips that I have learned over the years. :)

:hello CHRISTI!!!!
I was wondering where you were?!? I've missed you!
Can't give you too hard a time though, because I just found my way back. Our babies are going to be 17 in July...WOW! It doesn't seem possible that we've known each other as long as we have...(thanks Jess!!!) and have never met! Hoping to change that someday!

What are you studying in school? Hello Dolly sounded great! Betcha you were in your element and just lovin' it. It's a wonderful thing you're doing for your mom.

Anxious to hear more about everybody at your house!

You've made my day.
Don't be a stranger!
Love,
Debbie

Welcome back Christi, Glad everything is going well for you and Marie. Hope the bunny hopes your way. I missed your advice and your sense of humor. I'm also back in school, I have learned that being a MPS mom I'm asking " what else can i do" Visit often.
